Nightmare Before Christmas, the musical

In the Halloween village, monsters and little monsters celebrate yet another night of fright, but everything will go wrong when Jack, bored and tired of the Halloween celebrations, casually comes into contact with the country of Christmas. He is so impressed by that world, so cheerful and sparkling, that he wants to bring the joy of Christmas to his city as well.

Doing so, he will even go so far as to organize the kidnapping of Santa Claus, but things did not go exactly according to his plans…

With the Artistic Direction of Alessio Guerra, directed by Vittorio Attene, choreography by Riccardo Sabatiello and Sara Sarnataro, costumes by Caterina Riccomini, Ciriaco Colella and Silvia Girotto in the role of musical director and vocal coach, this show was born from the strange encounter between the world of Halloween and the world of Christmas, or we could say between cinema and theater, between dreams and reality.
This is an unreleased version of Tim Burton’s famous masterpiece, the result of a strong rewriting of the original screenplay, which sees the recovery of scenes cut from the film, the writing of an unreleased song and the transformation of some of the main characters.
